FORMAT FOR GOING AHEAD WITH AN ORDER FOR BRANDED BALLOONS
 

If you would like a free quotation please do not hesitate to send us your logo and the quantity of balloons you desire. We have a minimum print order of 500 because any less would not be cost effective to our customers, as most of our costs evolve around setting up the initial printing plates. (This is a standard practice in the balloon industry). Customers also need to keep in mind that whilst balloons are one of the most visual forms of advertising, they can also be easily stored for other future promotional events, thus saving on yearly price increases.

No order is theoretically too large and we will endeavour to help you through the whole process. Normal turnaround is usually 10 days.
 

All orders must be received via e-mail.

• The files must be line art/vector image in Illustrator 9 or Freehand 8. Corel Draw files must be exported as Illustrator, AI, or EPS files. Type must be converted to curves or paths. Your letterhead printer should be able to supply the logo in the required foremat if you have trouble with the above.

Balloon Colours

Balloon colour may be dictated by your corporate brand or personal taste.  Helium High Balloons have a wide selection of balloon colours available and will endeavour to do all it can to meet your requirements.  We use only qualatex balloons which are the industry’s top brand.  These will hold helium for longer than cheaper imports.

Balloon Accessories

There are many accessories you can add to your balloon order. The following are the most popular for printed balloons:

Valves

Valves make light work of balloon inflation with helium or air and come with approximately 1m of white ribbon attached.  These are perfect for handing out at shows

Cups & Sticks

Balloon cups and sticks are ideal for promotions. They are widely used in fast food restaurants for giving balloons to children. Less expensive than valves these balloons are air inflated so you would not require helium.

Whilst it is not essential, we recommend tying a knot in the balloon before attaching it to the cup and stick to prolong inflation time. Another benefit of using cups and sticks is that preparation for your event can begin prior to your event ,as air-filled balloons remain inflated for days rather than hours.
